A HEREFORD man has admitted sexually assaulting a woman after an incident in Hereford.
Raimonds Debenko entered a guilty plea to one count of sexual assault on a female when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in September.
The court heard the 33-year-old had intentionally sexually touched a woman aged 16 or over without consent and when he did not reasonably believe she was consenting in Hereford on September 18, contrary to the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
