SEVERAL charges against a Herefordshire thief have been dropped in court.
David Moore appeared before magistrates in Hereford accused of six charges and convicted of three others.
The court heard the 46-year-old had been accused of and denied stealing Air Pods, a G-Shock watch, and cash worth £420 from a woman in Ross-on-Wye on March 1, stealing a Santander bank card between March 31 and April 2, and using it in ATMs at Morrisons and Euro Garages in Ross to steal £750 from the card's owner, all of which were discontinued.
He also denied one count of fraud by false representation by attempting to use a bank card belonging to another person to buy food for himself on May 5, one count of burglary with intent to steal at Costa Coffee in Ross on April 5, and one count of burglary with intent to steal at St Michael's Hospice shop in Ross on April 26, which were all also discontinued.

He was found guilty at an earlier hearing of stealing food worth £8 from Co-op in Ross on December 23, and admitted stealing food worth £33 from Co-op in Ross on April 20 and alcohol worth £64.50 from Sainsbury's in Ross on May 4.
The case was adjourned and Moore, of Morley Square, Ross, was bailed with conditions not to enter any retail premises in the town except for Morrisons, One Stop, and Benjamin's the Chemist.
He will appear before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing on October 20.
