A HEREFORD man's case has been adjourned after he denied drug-driving on a busy Herefordshire main road.
Alexander Kalwaites entered a not guilty plea when he appeared before a district judge at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court.
District judge Ian Strongman heard that the 23-year-old is accused of driving a grey Audi TTS on the A49 at The Callow in Herefordshire while over the drug-drive limit, with 3.7 microgrammes of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol, a product of class B controlled drug cannabis, per litre of blood. The legal driving limit is two microgrammes.
