A DRUG-DRIVER has been banned from the roads after he was caught out with two drugs in his system.
Richard Armstrong entered guilty pleas to two charges of driving while over the drug limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
Prosecutor Mark Hambling told the court that the 41-year-old had driven a silver Ford Transit in Hereford's Hunderton Road while over the drug-drive limit on April 19.

An evidential blood test revealed he had 5.9 microgrammes of class B drug cannabis product delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and more than 800 microgrammes of class A drug cocaine metabolite benzoylecgonine per litre of blood. The respective legal limits are two microgrammes and 50 microgrammes.
Armstrong, who is of Golden Post, Hereford, was disqualified from driving for 36 months and fined £120. He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £34 victim surcharge.
