A DRIVER caught out on the roads in Herefordshire without insurance, a licence, or an MOT has been fined by magistrates
Benjamin Powles entered guilty pleas to charges of driving without a licence, insurance, or MOT when he appeared before magistrates at Hereford Justice Centre in Bath Street.
The court heard the 40-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a silver Honda Accord in Leominster's Ludlow Road on April 4.

No test certificate had been issued for the car within the appropriate period, magistrates were told, and Powles was driving without a licence authorising him to drive a vehicle of that class or a valid insurance policy in place, the court heard.
Powles, who is of Stockton Terrace, Kimbolton, was fined a total of £502, received six penalty points, and must pay costs of £90 and a £60 victim surcharge.
