SO now it seems – according the report in last week’s Hereford Times (Page 17 , September 29) – that Herefordshire Council’s own internal report is signalling failure across the board of the council’s much-vaunted flagship projects.

Not only is it unable to fill potholes it also cannot pursue effectively the projects it claims to believe in.

It really is time this rag bag collection of a coalition of Greens and Independents moved over so that we may have a council that understands the issues and has the capability to manage improvements in the services we all rely on.
