The 57-year-old is charged with being the owner of a dog called Skye, a cross between a dogue de Bordeaux and a shar-pei, and a dog named Twinkle, which has the features of an English mastiff, which it is alleged were dangerously out of control in Sunningdale and Bridge Street, both in Leominster, on July 1.
The case was adjourned for trial, and Pipe, who is of Sunningdale, Leominster, will appear before magistrates at Hereford Justice Centre in Bath Street next on February 20.
