A SEX attacker has been handed unpaid work after assaulting a woman in Hereford.
Steven Kemeys entered a guilty plea to one charge of sexual assault on a female when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 45-year-old had intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over and that the touching had been sexual when she did not consent and when he did not reasonably believe she was consenting, contrary to the Sexual Offences Act 2003, in Hereford on September 2.

He must also attend appointments or participate in any activity as required by his probation officer up to a maximum of 30 days, and must pay prosecution costs of £185.
