A REPEAT offender has been banned from the roads after failing to tell police who was driving his car.
Stuart Moores was proven guilty of one charge of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle by magistrates in Newport, Gwent, in September.
The court heard the 45-year-old had failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, namely a Nissan Navara, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence to police in Gwent, Wales, on February 28.
