A MILITARY aeroplane made a special appearance at a Herefordshire airfield this week.
Hereford Times Camera Club member Joseph Evans shared a photo of a RAF C-130J Hercules.
It was performing a practice Approach into Shobdon Aerodrome on Tuesday (October 13), he said.

“These are due to be retired next year in June (2023), which is such shame,” said Mr Evans.
“The Airbus A400M is due to take over its role.”
The air force will transfer the C-130Js' capabilities over to the A400M and deals with an increased demand in airlift capability, according to Aerospace DAILY.
