STEAK nights and a new cocktail bar are set to arrive to arrive at a popular Hereford venue.
The newly launched steak nights will take place in The Left Bank Village's Floodgates Bar on the ground floor of the Left Bank every Friday and Saturday night, with managers at the venue promising the steak nights will exceed expectations and live-up to the name of the Left Bank.
The a la carte menu will feature four different single cuts and three sharing steaks.
Ben Griffiths, head chef for The Left Bank Village, said: "There will be a great selection of cuts, with a focus on in-house and sustainable butchery using the best of local Herefordshire beef. Expect new twists on traditional dishes, such as a yakitori Steak Kebab and a Chimichurri Argentian-style sauce, a bit like a pesto but with more heat.
"The vegetables will be true to the season, with the root-vegetable family being stars of the show this winter."
The team said that being far more than a token gesture, the vegan options also on offer are exciting and wide-ranging and guaranteed to impress.
The Left Bank Village is working with several other local companies, including butchers Phillips & Preece, that have been providing quality meats for generations from the Buttermarket and Abergavenny supplier Pure Impact Greens providing all the micro-garnishes.
