A PENSIONER has been banned from the roads after he was caught breaking the limit on a busy Herefordshire main road.
Norman Powell entered a guilty plea to one charge of exceeding a 30 miles per hour speed limit in contravention of a local traffic order to magistrates in Telford, Shropshire.
The court heard the 84-year-old had been caught by manned equipment breaking the limit behind the wheel of a Volkswagen in a 30 miles per hour zone on the A417 in Ashperton, Herefordshire, on December 29.
