A CAR covered in black muck has been spotted in a Herefordshire town.
A photo was shared on the Facebook page Ross-on-Wye Noticeboard of the silver Skoda in the middle of Ross-on-Wye, near the Market House.
Its entire back end was covered, including the number plate, in black fumes from its exhaust.
The car's brake lights could only just be seen.

The government website says a driver could be fined up to £1,000 and a vehicle will fail its MOT test if you drive with incorrectly displayed number plates.
If a vehicle has something wrong with it, for example a broken brake light, the police may give you a vehicle defect rectification notice.
A driver will need to get their vehicle fixed and provide proof that it has been fixed, for example a receipt for the work from a mechanic.
