AN ATTACKER has been found guilty after assaulting a woman and destroying pot plants in Hereford.
Thomas Cane was found guilty of three counts of assault by beating when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford after entering not guilty pleas at an earlier hearing.
He had previously admitted one count of criminal damage.
Prosecutor Paul John told the court that the 28-year-old had assaulted a woman in Hereford by beating on February 1, February 6, and February 14.

He had also committed criminal damage to property valued under £5,000 intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether it would be destroyed or damaged in Hereford on February 14 destroying exotic potted plants worth £400 and belonging to another person.
The case was adjourned for a pre-sentencing report to be carried out by the probation service and Cane, who is of no fixed address, was remanded on unconditional bail.
He will appear before Hereford magistrates next for his sentencing hearing on November 8.
