NEW CCTV is in place in a popular Hereford park after a string of sex attacks over the summer.
A temporary CCTV camera has been placed in Bishops Meadow, Hereford.
This was to help with the police investigation of the series of sexual assaults over summer, said a Herefordshire Council spokesperson.
But this will be removed when 34 new permanent cameras are put in place between November and January to improve safety in several locations.

Over £178,000 was secured from the Home Office in a partnership between the police and crime commissioner, Herefordshire Council and West Mercia Police as part of the Safer Streets Three Home Office funding.
This is funding the new cameras.
Police and crime commissioner John Campion said: "I am committed to building communities that are safe and feel safe.
"This investment in CCTV is one of the ways that I am delivering on this promise in partnership with Herefordshire Council and West Mercia Police.

"I know from listening to the public, that preventing violence against women and girls is one of the biggest priorities.
