AN ABUSIVE Hereford man has been sent back to prison after committing more offences.
Joshua David Newbury admitted on count of using threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear of or provoke violence, and one of breaching a criminal behaviour order when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford.
The court heard the 30-year-old used threatening, abusive, or insulting words or behaviour towards a man in Hereford on October 21.

He had also been in breach of a criminal behaviour order imposed by magistrates in Hereford in April by being drunk, abusive, and threatening to members of the public on the same date.
Magistrates said Newbury, who is of Longmeadow, Putson, who had been released from prison on licence, has a flagrant disregard for court orders and the offence was aggravated by his record of previous offending, and committed him to prison for 28 days.
