A BMW driver clocked at 107 miles per hour on a dual carriageway has escaped a roads ban.
Max Henderson appeared before magistrates in Hereford for sentencing in November after entering a guilty plea to one count of exceeding 70 miles per hour on a dual carriageway at an earlier hearing.
The case had been adjourned to consider disqualifying Henderson from driving.

He was clocked on manned camera equipment, the court was told.
Henderson, who is of Sycamore Close, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £1,000 for the offence and received six penalty points on his licence.
He was also ordered to pay prosecution costs of £90 and a £100 victim surcharge.
