A STALL in Hereford's Butter Market is expanding as it moves to a new shop in the city centre with a private dining room.
Chef Matus Vojtek, from Slovakia and his wife Olha, from Ukraine, are on a mission to give Herefordshire a taste of Slavic-cooked meats.
The pair run Charcuterie Hereford, selling meat bought from a cluster of family-run butchers in countries on the Russian borders.
That Butter Market outlet will now close and the couple will open at a new, bigger location.
There they will sell a larger range of products, including more French and Italian meats.
Traditional continental charcuterie meat and game with over 68 different varieties of products are on display, including hot-smoked, cold-smoked, dried, and cured.

"Our smoked meat truly represents the culture where I come from and it's completely different from the mainstream Spanish, French and Italian meat and game," Mr Vojtek previously said.
The new shop will open in Widemarsh Street, with its new room available via booking only.
It has taken 33 days of hard work to get it ready and is a new beginning for Charcuterie Hereford, said the couple.

Inside long lightbulbs hang from the ceiling, while various decorations line the shelves, including a wooden wheel, dried plants, and Christmas decorations.
Pre-packaged products can also be found along the walls, while meat can be seen on top of the counter in display cabinets.
A vintage black bike also stands next to a feature fireplace, showing its logo and a wooden box on the back.
"It will be a bigger and better shop," they said.
Christmas Hampers are also ready for pre-order.
