The court heard the 30-year-old is accused of knowing causing the dumping of controlled waste, namely 12 to 15 black bin bags filled with general household waste on land at Turnpike Travellers Site in Pembridge without the authority of a waste management permit between June 16 and June 30.
She is also accused of failing to take all such measures as were reasonable to secure there was, on transfer of waste, a written description of the waste that would enable others to avoid a contravention of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 between the same dates.
The case was sent for trial and Lock, of Greenfields, Kington, will appear before magistrates in Hereford next on January 26.
