A HEREFORDSHIRE driver has been banned from the roads for three years after he was caught out on the A49 while over the limit.
Micky Osedo entered a guilty plea to one count of driving while over the alcohol limit when he appeared before magistrates in Hereford in October.
The court heard from prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 50-year-old had been caught behind the wheel of a Hyundai Getz while over the drink-drive limit on the A49 at Leominster in Herefordshire on October 14.

An evidential blood test revealed he had 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Osedo, who is of Ridgemoor Road, Leominster, was fined £120 and disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months, but was offered the drink-driving rehabilitation course, which will reduce his ban by 36 weeks if successfully completed.
He must also pay costs of £135 and a £48 victim surcharge.
