IN reply to Queenswood hiking their parking prices, I remember when they sectioned off the car park and put the meters up.
Nobody went there, so they stopped the charges.

The same should happen again. All car parks should be free. We pay enough in rates. Leominster’s car parks used to be free.
When Bromyard built on its car park, it killed the town.
