A HEREFORDSHIRE business has been fined after being found guilty by magistrates.
Blasemere Ltd was found guilty at trial at South Cheshire Magistrates' Court in November after entering a not guilty plea to one count of failing to give information relating to the identification of the driver or rider of a vehicle at an earlier hearing in September.

The court heard the company had been required to give information to police in Winsford, Cheshire, relating to the identification of the driver of a Mercedes who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence on June 6.
But it had failed to provide that information, the court was told.
Blasemere Ltd, of Symonds Yat Leisure Park, Ross-on-Wye, was fined £750 for the offence.
The business must also pay prosecution costs of £175 and a £75 victim surcharge.
