AN OPERATION to combat drug dealing in a Herefordshire town is ongoing.
Police said that during the past 10 months it has executed four warrants resulting in one negative outcome, two potential ongoing prosecutions and a County Lines case where the individual is in prison awaiting sentencing.
Between July and September this year police have recorded nine drug related crimes in Leominster, officers told Leominster Town Council.

A number of people have also been arrested in the town, leading to a number of prosecutions, minutes of the September 26 council meeting said.
The SNT also said earlier this week that it has had officers in Leominster Cemetery to make sure members of the public were aware of drug dealing.
"At this time we are gathering intelligence for drug dealing within specific areas in Leominster, and at this current stage cannot comment any further due to ongoing investigations," said a spokesperson.
