AN ACCUSED Hereford man has denied breaching his criminal behaviour order in an alleged incident at a gambling shop.
Aaron Newton appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster accused of two offences in November.
He admitted one count of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour and denied one count of breaching a criminal behaviour order.

The court heard from prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 40-year-old had used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm, or distress in Hereford on October 9.
He is accused of breaching a criminal behaviour order imposed by magistrates in Hereford on September 22 by using intimidating behaviour towards staff at Merkur Slots in Hereford on October 9.
Newton, of Whitecross Road, Hereford, was granted conditional bail and will appear before magistrates in Hereford next on December 1.
