The court heard the 54-year-old, a director of Doughboy Pizzas Ltd, had failed to deliver a copy of the company's accounts for the financial year ending March 31, 2021, to the registrar of companies at Companies House in Cardiff on December 24, 2021.
He had further failed, as the director of Doughboy Pizzas Ltd, to deliver a confirmation statement before the end of a period of 14 days after the end of a review period on March 23, 2022, the court was told.
Brown, whose business address was listed as the Foley Trading Estate, Hereford, was fined £220 for each offence and must pay prosecution costs of £75 and a £44 victim surcharge.
