A HEREFORDSHIRE town has revealed its plans for its Christmas lights switch-on.
Kington Town Council and Kington Chamber of Trade Christmas Lights switch-on event will take place this Thursday, December 1.
The event will go ahead from 5pm onwards at the Market Hall, Place De Marines and Coach House.
There will be carol singing from Kington Community Choir and members of Ludlow Concert Band.

Pizzas will be provided by M and S wood fired pizza in Cloud Nine Health and Leisure Club and there be Border Bean mince pies.
There will also be a bar serving hot chocolate, softs drinks, hot gin and tonic and local beer.
Santa will arrive at 5pm and be in his grotto made by J and P Turner for just over an hour.
The lights will be turned on at around 6.30pm.
