A SEARCH has been launched for a missing Hereford man who has not been seen for two weeks, with police saying they are "very concerned".
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said Shane McGinlay, who is from Hereford, was reported missing on November 30, and that officers are very concerned for his welfare.
The 44-year-old is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall with a bald head and tattoos on both sides of his neck.
Shane was last seen in Hereford on November 15.
