Jordan Belmont entered guilty pleas to one charge of criminal damage, one of possessing a class A drug, one of assault by beating, and one of assault occasioning actual bodily harm when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in November.

The court heard from prosecutor Owen Beale that the 25-year-old had assaulted a woman, causing her actual bodily harm, intentionally or recklessly damaged a plastic Christmas tree worth £50 belonging to the assault victim, and was caught in possession of £20 worth of controlled class A drug cocaine in Hereford on November 26.
