The court heard from prosecutor Mark Hambling that the five men had all used or threatened unlawful violence towards other persons and that their conduct was such as would cause a person of reasonable firmness present at the scene to fear for their personal safety in Hereford on September 11, 2021.
Stocker, of Park View, Weobley, Stan, of Chiltern Square, Hereford, Lazar, of Portland Street, Hereford, and Chamberlain, of Waterfield Road, Hereford, were each handed a 12-month community order with 60 hours of unpaid work and must pay a £95 victim surcharge.
Roberts, of Whitecastle Close, Hereford, was handed a 12-month community order with 40 hours of unpaid work and must pay a £95 victim surcharge.
