A BMW driver has been up before a court after he was caught out in a Hereford residential street.
Tomasz Cichocki entered a guilty plea to one count of being in charge of a motor vehicle while over the alcohol limit.
The court heard from Crown Prosecution Service prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 31-year-old had been caught in charge of a blue BMW 5-Series while he was over the alcohol limit in Hereford's Chestnut Drive on August 17.

An evidential blood test revealed that he had 99 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes in blood.
Cichocki, who is of Hinton Crescent, Hereford, was handed 10 penalty points for the offence and fined £233, with magistrates saying they had taken his guilty plea into account when imposing their penalty.
He must also pay prosecution costs of £135 and a £93 victim surcharge, which is used to help fund services supporting victims of crime.
