PICTURES show damage from burst pipe that has left a new special school in Hereford "devastated".
Trinity House, in Moor Farm, was once used as a nursery, but independent school for children with mental health diagnoses, G.E.M, will now take it on.
Their pupils will include those with autism, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), ADD (attention deficit disorder), and anxiety with trauma related diagnoses, between year three and GCSE.

The school's team has been renovating the inside and outside of the building.
"We have a lot of work to do to get the building ready for our first students, and we would welcome help and support from the wider community," staff member Debra Thomas previously said.
But a burst pipe caused by the freezing weather has pushed its plans back.

Pictures show the burst pipe caused the ceiling to collapse in some parts of the building, while other parts and walls were left with damp patches.
It happened on Friday night, but staff weren't contacted until 5.30pm on Saturday, said Ms Thomas.
The heating was purposefully left on to stop this from happening, she said.
"The water had been pouring through the building for hours," said Ms Thomas.
"It is devastating."
