AN ACCUSED man has denied causing actual bodily harm to two women in alleged incidents in a Herefordshire town.
James Steele admitted four counts of harassment by breaching a restraining order and denied two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and one of fraud by false representation when he appeared before a district judge in Kidderminster in December.
The court heard the 35-year-old had made contact with a woman he was banned from contacting by a restraining order in Bromyard on December 1, 2, 8, and 11.

He denied assaulted a woman, causing her actual bodily harm, in Bromyard on December 1, and assaulting a second woman, causing her actual bodily harm, in Bromyard on December 8.
He also denied committing fraud by false representation by using the bank card of a woman without her permission, with the intent of making a gain, namely alcohol to the value of £10, for himself in Bromyard on December 11.
The case was adjourned, and Steele, who is of Little Hereford Street, Bromyard, will appear before Hereford magistrates for a case management hearing on December 20.
