A DEVELOPMENT site with full planning permission for a group of unique homes is up for sale in Herefordshire.
The site, at Howle Hill, Ross-on-Wye, is on the market with Steve Gooch Estate Agents for £1,200,000.
The agents said the sale offers a unique opportunity to acquire a 1.43 acre site with full planning permission for six detached and individually architecturally designed family homes.
"The plot is surrounded by stunning, peaceful countryside," the agents said.

"The plans show that each property has been carefully positioned to maximise the space and views on offer."
The Water's Edge site has permission for six homes of varying sizes, all offering four bedrooms and two en-suites.
Two of the planned homes will have car ports and garages, while two will have garages, and the remaining two will have car ports.
Plans show the unusual homes will have curved roofs and large windows, with stone and wood clad walls.
The site is being sold freehold, the agents said.
A further plot for two semi-detached houses is also potentially available.
