"MINDLESS people" have been criticised for dumping rubbish, including traffic cones, bricks and a shopping trolley, in a Hereford pond.

OTHER NEWS:

Sharing pictures of the rubbish strewn around the outskirts of the pond, as well as in it, Hereford Times Camera Club member Trevor King called the culprits mindless.
