I AM sure most people who live locally and visit Hereford city centre will be aware of the infamous trip hazard in Widemarsh Street, the injuries it has caused and the considerable expense that will be needed to rectify this problem.
So, why on Earth has another one-inch trip hazard been created between the new cycleway and footpath in St Owen Street?

I know there is a strong visual delineation between the footpath and cycleway but it is still a trip hazard and completely unnecessary.
