NEW owners are wanted at a supermarket in the centre of a busy Herefordshire market town.
Nisa's Ashby Stores in Kington's High Street is on the market with Christie & Co for £675,000.
"This is a rare opportunity to acquire a large freehold store which comes to the market freehold," Christie & Co said.
The agents said the large, two entrance supermarket, comprises 4,500 square feet of trading space, a staff kitchen, staff toilets, a two section ground floor store room with an HGV loading bay, a basement, and two-storey external storage in an outbuilding.
Upstairs on the first floor is an office and a store room, while outside is a car park with space for around 20 cars, including staff parking.

Christie & Co said the shop benefits from separate entrance and exit doors onto the high street and a large trading area fitted to a good standard with fridges, freezers, and display shelving throughout.
"Services at the store include National Lottery, Costa Coffee Express machine, Hermes collection point and Payzone," the agents said.
Fixtures and fittings will be included in the sale of the "well-established and popular" shop, which has the potential to add a wider range of food-to-go, Christie & Co said.
The shop currently employs four full-time staff members and 11 part-time employees, and had a turnover of £1,220,330 in the year ending September 2022, with a gross profit of £272,717.
