A STALKER has been jailed after breaching his restraining order to repeatedly contact and visit his victim.
Krystian Majewski entered guilty pleas to one count of stalking without fear, alarm, or distress, and one count of harassment by breach of a restraining order when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in January.

The court heard from prosecutor David Devine that the 39-year-old defendant had pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the stalking of a woman in Hereford and which he knew or ought to have known amounted to the harassment of her by making repeated contact with her and attending her home address against her wishes between December 21 and January 3.
He had also been in breach of a restraining order, as he had, without reasonable excuse, repeatedly contacted the victim and attended her home address, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order imposed by magistrates in Hereford on July 30, 2020.
Magistrates said they had taken the guilty pleas into account, but that the offences were so serious that only a custodial sentence could be justified, as Majewski has a previous conviction for stalking the same victim and due to his persistent and unwanted behaviour since the restraining order was imposed.
Majewski, who is of Golden Post in Hereford, was jailed for ten months.
No order for prosecution costs was made as a custodial sentence was imposed, but Majewski was ordered to pay a £187 victim surcharge.
