A HEREFORDSHIRE man has been back up before the magistrates after failing to stick to his court-ordered curfew.
Tyrone George Ellis admitted one count of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order when he appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in January.
The court heard from the prosecutor that the 21-year-old had failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of the order, which was made by magistrates in Hereford on June 13 last year by failing to adhere to the requirements of his curfew order.

He had failed to remain at his address during his curfew hours on August 29 and 30, the court was told.
The original order was varied and Ellis, who is of Pulley Avenue in Eaton Bishop, Herefordshire, was ordered to attend any appointments or participate in any activity required by his probation officer up to a maximum of 36 days by December 12.
He must also continue to abide by his curfew order and pay prosecution costs of £60.
