ON our latest visit to the Podiatrist in St Owen Street, Hereford, we encountered the new layout.
Us, being both disabled and in our 80s, were not impressed.
Not only do we have to avoid cyclists using the new lane both ways but also those who also ignore it and use the car lane.

Not to mention the now silly kerb installed just to cover a short distance. Who cares about the perils of getting old? Not this council.
