A GARAGE and garden machinery business in Herefordshire says it is going from strength to strength and it's expanding – again.

Halls of Bromyard, founded more than 20 years ago, is a family-owned business specialising in motor vehicle repairs, garden and estate machinery.

And it is now expanding again after taking on board comments from long-standing customers of the Tenbury Road-based business.

It has now become a Polaris dealership and now stocks the firm's all-terrain and utility vehicles.

Halls of Bromyard was originally started in New Road, Bromyard, in 2001 and said business went from strength to strength to encompass not only tyres but also vehicle and garden machinery repairs.

It then became a Husqvarna Garden Machinery dealership in 2007 and in 2019 it moved to Tenbury Road, taking over the former Countrywide Farmers unit next to Co-op.

"Our workshops and showroom now cover over 13000 square feet enabling us to offer both fast and efficient servicing and repairs and a well-stocked dedicated showroom," a spokesperson said.

"In 2022, our sights were set to look for a new product to bring to Halls of Bromyard. The product line we were looking for was determined by the ever-increasing interest and trends of our long-standing customers.

"After months of research, we decided to approach Polaris. Reasons behind this being their prominent presence across social media and their ever-increasing glowing reputation in the ATV and UTV industry."

It means Halls of Bromyard, formerly Bromyard Tyres, is now a “Polaris dealership for utility range”, meaning it stocks the Full Ranger and Youth range.

"We will be offering service packages with new and used units," they said.

OTHER NEWS:

"We have the ability to service machines on site but also offer a collection and delivery service.

"We will keep our own stock of second-hand units that will be used to lend to customers while theirs undergoes service or repairs. We will be stocking a range of accessories and parts to reduce lead times."

The firm will be holding an open evening on March 1 and have models on show all year round.

"The business has been built on creating long-term relationships with our customers, many of whom are now friends, and we endeavour to offer the best customer service possible," they said.
