AN ACCUSED man has been remanded in custody after denying causing actual bodily harm in an alleged attack in Hereford.
Shvan Jabar appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster in February accused of one count of common assault and one count of assaulting a person occasioning them actual bodily harm.
He entered not guilty pleas to both charges at the hearing.

The court heard from prosecutor Val Hart that the 29-year-old defendant is accused of assaulting a person in Hereford on January 29.
Jabar, who was represented at the hearing by defence solicitor George Cousins, is also accused of assaulting a second person, a woman, causing her actual bodily harm, in Hereford on the same date, the court was told.
Jabar, who is of St Owen Street in Hereford, was remanded in custody ahead of his next hearing.
He will appear before Kidderminster magistrates next on February 9.
