NEW tenants are wanted for a shop in a busy Herefordshire street.
The shop, in Ross-on-Wye's Gloucester Road, has been home until recently to a outfit and occasion wear business, but has become available due to a premises move.
It was previously home to Robin Elt Shoes.
Agents Jackson Preece said Number 17 Gloucester Road offered a ground floor retail unit with double window frontage in a prominent location on one of the principle routes into the town centre.

It comes complete with night storage heating and has suspended ceilings and display shelving, the agents said.
There is also a kitchenette, toilet, and rear retail area, while downstairs is a basement storage area.
The shop, which has mains water, drainage, and electricity connected, and a rateable value of £11,250, is being marketed for a rent of £15,000 per annum, payable monthly in advance The buildings insurance, currently £453 per annum, will be re-charged to the tenant, Jackson Preece said, while the in-going tenant is to be responsible for the landlord's reasonable legal fees involved in the transaction.
