WALES provides a disgraceful train service.
There are never enough carriages even though they know how many tickets have been sold. Transport for Wales is not looking after its customers.

Brand new carriages are not the issue but enough carriages are, so many passengers are packed into such small spaces.
If it were animals that were being transported, it wouldn’t be allowed.

It is dangerous and causes tempers to fray. I travel with a disabled person and it is impossible.
We need more carriages, not posh new ones.
