AN URGENT lane closure is set to come into force on a busy Hereford road.
A spokesperson for Herefordshire Council and Balfour Beatty Living Places said that the north-easterly lane of the C1127 in Hereford will be closed from February 20.
The closure, which is for five days, is to allow for Network Rail to carry out bridge works.

The bridge spans the railway lines between the Burcott Road turning and the Barrs Court Road roundabout.
There will be no access to the Burcott Road turning from the road during the closure.
Access to Hereford city from the college will be via the one-way system, and drivers are asked to use the signed diversion if travelling towards the colleges from Widemarsh Street.
