The court heard from prosecutor Valerie Hart that the trio are accused of, with intent to pervert the course of public justice, falsely completing documentation in order to prevent prosecution in Hereford between May 9 and June 24 last year.
The three defendants, all of whom are of Cappers Place in Monmouth, were all sent to the crown court.
They will appear before Worcester Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on March 9.
