A TINY home is up for sale for just £70,000 in a Herefordshire market town.
The one-bed leasehold studio in Leominster's town centre is on the market with agents Chancellors for offers over £70,000.
The agents said there are currently 87 years left on the 99-year lease.
The home offers a studio apartment with one bedroom, an open-plan lounge and fitted kitchen, and a bathroom.

It also has gas central heating, double-glazed windows, and the use of a "well-kept" communal garden.
Chancellors said the home is centrally located off Broad Street in the historic Herefordshire market town.
They said the property, which is all on one level on the ground floor, would make a great buy-to-let investment or lock up and go type property.
