The new parking charges for Hereford city centre have been revealed after Herefordshire Council decided to make drivers pay more.
The new charges would be introduced from Monday, April 3.
Herefordshire Council said it was an "inflationary increase" which would see parking charges rise by 20p per hour in zone one and two car parks, such as the bus station and Gaol Street.
Zone three car parks, such as Merton Meadow, would be frozen though in a bid to make parking further away from central areas "increasingly more cost-effective".

Coun John Harrington, cabinet member for infrastructure and transport, said: “We need to be proactive when setting our parking charges as we are faced with inflationary pressures on the costs of the parking services and those services which parking income is used to support, such as public transport.
"I am pleased that we are once again able to freeze the prices in our outer zone 3 car parks so that those that use them daily will not be affected by this small increase.”
Car park fees last went up in 2021, and 2016 before then.
