AN ACCUSED man has appeared before magistrates over allegations of sexual assault.
Stephen Headland appeared before magistrates in Hereford in February accused of five counts of sexual assault.
The court heard from prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 32-year-old is accused of intentionally sexually touching a woman without their consent and when he did not reasonably believe they were consenting in Worcester on August 7, 2021 and in Hereford on November 6, 2021.
He is accused of committing the same offence on a second woman in Hereford on September 24, 2021.
