A LAMBORGHINI driver from Herefordshire has been up before the magistrates after he was caught breaking the speed limit.
Tarminder Singh entered a guilty plea to one count of exceeding a 40 miles per hour limit to magistrates in Worcester in February.

The court heard from the prosecutor that the 50-year-old had been caught breaking the limit while behind the wheel of a Lamborghini in a 40 miles per hour zone on the A440 Nunnery Way in Worcestershire on June 12 last year.
The case was referred to a full court hearing at the request of the defence.
Singh, of Much Cowarne, Bromyard, Herefordshire, will appear before magistrates in Worcester next on April 26.
