A village pub near Ledbury is to be the new home of a drag queen cabaret.
Bright Nights will be hosting regular events at The Royal Oak in Much Marcle, with the first show taking place in May.
Hannah Slade, who runs the pub, said she is very excited about bringing the venture to Herefordshire.
“Bright Nights used to perform monthly at my previous pub and it was hugely successful,” she said.
“It’s a safe and secure environment for those in the LGBTQ+ community and a fabulous night out for everyone (over the age of 18).
“It’s not for the faint-hearted or easily-offended, but it will be held in the function room with music before and after the show for anyone that needs a really good night out full of fun and laughter.”
The first Bright Nights show at The Royal Oak takes place on May 13 and features Tina Sparkle, who has been performing for more than 24 years in the UK and across the world.
Tickets are £6 and can be booked in advance via skiddle.com - you can find the link on the pub’s Facebook page.
